The Board of the Irish Polish Chamber of Commerce informs you that the Annual General Meeting of the Irish Polish Chamber of Commerce will take place on Wednesday November 16, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Residence of the Ambassador of Ireland, located at the Pałacyk Merliniego, off Marii Konopnickiej, Warsaw.  You are most cordially invited to attend.



1)               Presentation and approval of the report of the Board of the Chamber activities for the year;

2)               Presentation and approval of the annual financial report of the Company Irish Polish Chamber of Commerce Sp. z o.o. 31 December 2015;

3)               Presentation and approval of new Chamber Statute 

4)               Election of the Chairman and of the Board; and

5)               Any other matters.


The meeting will be followed by a buffet dinner reception.

Trade Mission to Poland - May 18/19

Enterprise Ireland are organizing a Trade Mission to Poland and the Czech Republic from May 18-21, which will be led by Minister for Business and Employment, Gerard Nash TD. The Polish leg of the Trade Mission will run take place on Monday and Tuesday, May 18 and 19.

Participating in the full Trade Mission represents an ideal opportunity to access the Polish and Czech markets, in an organised manner, with prearranged meetings and a number of headline networking and promotional events, such as business mixers and VIP Ministerial Trade Mission Dinners. The next Trade Mission to Poland will be in 2017, so participation in this year’s mission is recommended. In addition to company itineraries, the Trade Mission will feature a business mixer on May 18, in cooperation with the Irish Chamber of Commerce, and a VIP Trade Mission Dinner on May 19 in the Westin Hotel, Warsaw with Minister Nash as guest of honour.

The Trade Mission is subsided by Enterprise Ireland, and we have a number of pricing schemes, that allow companies to visit one or both countries, or simply just to use the Trade Mission dinner for promotional purposes. Recognizing that the full Trade Mission may not meet the needs of ICC members who are clients of Enterprise Ireland, Enterprise Ireland is offering a special reduced price of Euro 100 plus VAT for attendance at the May 19th Ministerial Trade Mission Dinner only. The Trade Mission Dinner Option includes places for up to 3 persons at the dinner, with the option to book additional spaces if required (subject to availability)

FDI Poland Investors Award - Winners Announced!

At the FDI Awards Gala on 16 October in Warsaw, 17 companies were distinguished for their leadership and direct investment in Poland. A Jury of 26 Chamber of Commerce chairmen and Commercial Counselors from Embassies voted to award the following companies.

Their decisions were based not only on the amount of investment and number of employees in Poland, yet also on the firm's innovation, strategic importance to the Polish economy and leadership within their industry.
