Workshop on the laws prohibiting exchange of confidential information and best practices to avoid penalty risks

The Irish Polish Chamber of Commerce is co-hosting a workshop led by the Hansberry Tomkiel law firm on the risks of exchanging confidential information.

This topic is current and very practical due to recent changes in the EU competition law. It is important for all companies to understand the legal limitations and how to mitigate risks when doing business in Poland and throughout the EU.  During the workshop, the lawyers of Hansberry Tomkiel will highlight problematic forms of exchanging confidential business information among competitors, within distribution networks as well as during acquisition processes. They  will discuss practical ways to mitigate these risks and be prepared for questions from participants.

The workshop will be held in the conference room of the Irish Embassy on Tuesday, May 28th 2024.  Coffee and pastries/fruits are offered from 9:30 am and the session will begin at 10:00 AM and last until 11:30 AM.
