Introduction – Sebastian Kudron
Meet Sebastian – a Canadian-born entrepreneur, strategist, and international trader now firmly rooted in Poland. With an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a background in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph, Sebastian combines analytical precision with sharp business instincts and hands-on global experience.
He has lived and built ventures across 7 countries (Canada, Spain, China, Morocco, the Netherlands, Russia, and now Poland), closing over 1,000 containers of dairy, including 150+ directly from Ireland, working with producers such as Dairygold, Glanbia (Tirlan), and Carberry. His focus today is on both commodity and FMCG dairy & other food products, helping Irish producers scale into Poland and the wider CEE region—and supporting Polish exporters looking west.
Sebastian is also a partner at Galposter, a leading Polish green infrastructure company with over 36 years on the market, delivering cutting-edge solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions. Galposter currently develops and executes projects with Sebastian's support, for Auchan, Porsche, and other major players, from concept and design to full construction and implementation.
Often invited as a guest speaker at universities and international strategy conferences, Sebastian is now seeking to join the boards of global companies expanding into CEE. Through the Irish-Polish Chamber, he looks forward to growing Irish business ties, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering real results.
